Sweetness from our bakes comes mainly from the sugar substitutes Monkfruit, Erythritol and Allulose, which are not digested in our body hence does not spike blood sugar. Almond flour and coconut flour replace wheat flours to reduce carbs count. Net Carbs per serving exclude the sugar alcohols/ sweeteners and fiber.
