1. What is Happy2Makan?
Happy2Makan is a food delivery service that brings a variety of fresh, affordable meals from local food stalls to workplaces across South-East Singapore industrial areas.

2. Are all your meals Halal?
Not all meals are Halal. We offer both Halal-certified and Non-Halal options, clearly labelled in each product category for your convenience.

3. How do I place an order?
You can place your order via our online form or WhatsApp. Simply choose your meal, indicate your delivery location, and make payment to confirm.

4. What time should I place my order by?
Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM the day before your desired delivery date to secure your meal.

5. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to selected industrial and office areas in South-East Singapore. Please check with us if your location is covered.

6. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via PayNow, bank transfer, and other approved digital payment options. Payment must be made in full to confirm the order.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before your delivery time. Late changes may not be processed.

8. What happens if my food is delayed?
We do our best to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or building access issues. We'll notify you promptly if there’s any disruption.

9. Do you cater for group or bulk orders?
Yes, we support team and bulk orders for offices. Reach out to us for special arrangements or weekly meal plans.
