To celebrate making it to the other side of spring, this Tropical Tea Bake Box is a meticulous, high-contrast exploration of vibrant tropical fruits and tea infusions. We're talking bright citrus, deep tea tannins, and structural layering designed to give you a momentary escape from the June heat.
The lineup includes:
1× passionfruit chiffon cake with whipped mango-coconut cream, toasted coconut flakes, and mango chunks (DF)
1× matcha dacquoise with matcha cream and pineapple curd (GF)
1× eggless guava-lemon bar with earl grey shortbread
2× lychee butter tteok (mochi) madeleine served with oolong tea cream (GF)

This is a mostly lactose-free bake box (butter was used).
