This is our delivery and pick-up ordering system for Zi Char and Bak Kut Teh via Whatsapp. We have curated a menu of our all time favourite dishes. (Some items may not be on this form, kindly drop us a message on WhatsApp to add it on to your order.)

Shop opening hours for Zi Char and Bak Kut Teh: 11.00am - 10.00pm (Last order: 9.30pm).

Islandwide Delivery (Available everyday with no minimum spend required)
• Enjoy flat rate $10 delivery with no minimum spend; excluding Clementi/BB/CCK/Jurong West ($15) Tuas ($18) and Sentosa ($30)
• Pasir Ris | Tampines $8

Delays are unavoidable (15-30mins grace), self collection will be recommended to prevent any delivery delays. PH flat delivery of $10.00

We do not earn anything from delivery fees at all, our delivery partners are Lalamove and Grab Express. Delivery charges changes depending on distance.
PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH OUR DELIVERY DRIVERS, WE TRY OUR BEST TO BE AS PUNCTUAL AS POSSIBLE BUT WE ARE ONLY A SMALL TEAM OF PEOPLE TRYING OUR BEST. Please note: orders from 11:30-12pm are prone to delays due to little drivers on the road.

Do note that total bill may be an estimate of the bill. CONTAINER FEES ARE CHARGEABLE FOR ALL TAKEAWAY ITEMS. The final bill will be confirmed after order is sent in. Payment to be made via Paylah | Paynow or upon Self-Collection with Nets | Cash only.
