What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on collection. We also offer Stitch Express, which allows you to pay securely using your debit or credit card before collecting your order. Payment details will be shared with you via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
Is the food Halaal?
Yes. Both Crispy Chicken and Grill to Go are proudly Halaal certified. Every item on both menus meets Halaal standards.
Are you open 24 hours?
Yes. Freshstop Booysens is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Both food concepts are available at any hour.
How do I place an order?
Browse the menu, add your items to the cart, and check out. Your order details are sent directly to us via WhatsApp. We will confirm your order and let you know when it is ready for collection.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently operate on a collection basis only. Once your order is confirmed and ready, you collect it in store at Freshstop Booysens, Booysens, Johannesburg.
What are the Daily Deals?
Both Crispy Chicken and Grill to Go run day-specific specials from Monday through Sunday. Each deal is only valid on its designated day. Visit our Daily Deals page for the full breakdown of both brands.
Can I order a Daily Deal on a different day?
No. Daily Deals are only valid on their designated day and cannot be carried over or applied on a different day. Our team will advise you via WhatsApp if an order does not qualify.
How will I know my order has been received?
Once you complete checkout, your order is sent to us via WhatsApp. You will receive a confirmation message from us directly. If you do not hear from us within a few minutes, please send us a message on WhatsApp.
Can I order from both Crispy Chicken and Grill to Go in the same order?
Yes. Both menus are available in the same store and you can add items from both concepts in a single order.
What if an item I want is unavailable?
If any item is unavailable at the time of your order, we will let you know via WhatsApp and offer an alternative or a refund where applicable.
