• Orders within Salalah are delivered within 24 hours.
• Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
• Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
2. Returns & Refunds
• Fresh produce cannot be returned once delivered, unless the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
• Customers must report issues within 1 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
3. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled before dispatch at no extra cost.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
4. Payment Policy
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer.
• Full payment must be made at the time of delivery or before shipment for prepaid orders.

• Customer information (name, phone, address) is used only for order processing and delivery.
