1. Orders
• Each magnet is custom-made based on the photo, design, or text you provide.
• Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
• Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Payment
• Full payment is required before production begins.
• Payments are processed securely through Take.app or other approved payment platforms.
3. Production and Delivery
• Standard production time: 3 Business days after payment and design approval.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control.
• Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds
• Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos so we can assist.
5. Use of Images
• We may share photos of completed magnets on our social media for marketing purposes.
• If you prefer not to have your design or image used, please inform us when placing your order.
6. Liability
• Forever Magnets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase.
• Colour variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes — this is normal and not considered a defect.
