- Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
- We accept PAYNOW and STRIPE card payments only.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an acknowledgement from us via WhatsApp.
- We will NEVER require you to download any app.

## Delivery
- Our delivery charges are based on your location from our kitchen in Upper Bukit Timah, starting from S$3.00 and capped at S$8.00.
- The delivery for an order is free when you spend more than S$70.
- We will contact you to confirm a specific delivery date and time.
## Cancellation
- We will accept a cancellation when it is made 12 hours before delivery.
## General
- Ingredients and meats used in our kitchen are obtained from SFA approved sources.
- It is important to inform us about your dietary restrictions, if any.
