1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
Your order has been damaged or defective upon arrival.
You received the wrong product compared to what was ordered.
Your product is still in new, unused condition and is within our refund timeframe.
2. Timeframe for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

4. Refund Process

with your order number and a description of the issue.
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is eligible for a refund due to defect or error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed back to the Store Credit.
