Shipping Options & Charges
We only ship livestock Monday – Wednesday for all areas outside of Gauteng. All other products can be shipped Monday – Friday. All livestock gets shipped in rounded bottom bags to avoid damage to livestock.
Please note that the couriers only transport products Monday – Friday.
Livestock and plants will be shipped in a Polystyrene container if your not Gauteng based. All other items are shipped in cardboard boxes. If the temp is not too hot, plants will shipped in a cardboard box.

These charges are based on a small box (3x Small bags of Fish)
If your order is bigger and courier cost is more, you may be contacted for additional payment for your parcel to be delivered.
Pudo Locker Delivery: R100
Please note NO Live stock or plants can be sent with Pudo Locker.
You need to provide closest Pudo Locker address on your order to be delivered.
this option is best for Accessories and Fish Food.

Gauteng based customers, We use normal Carton Boxes for shipping as order are send for Same Day Delivery, If your in an area where Same Day Delivery is not available we will send your order Local Over Night shipping, In some cases we might contact you to purchase a Poly Box to ensure the safety of your Live Fish or Plants.
If your order is bigger and cant fit in standard packaging you will be contacted for additional shipping charges to upgrade your Poly Box size:
Small: R80
Medium upgrade: R100
Large upgrade: R150
Cold Front and Winter Season we charge an additional R50 for a Heat Pack to ensure your order arrives in good condition to you, This is a MUST if your not based in Gauteng. Will notice Other regions option labeled with the word WINTER in it, This means the courier fee is R50 higher than the standard rate.
Local Pickup (Gauteng only) = Free (this is to be arranged via WhatsApp or Email). We can also use a carton container for livestock for local pickup orders, but you will be charged an additional fee of R35 per box.
* Alive Arrival Guarantee (only the first 30 hours). We are using the priority shipping. If the courier takes 30 hours or more – the client takes responsibility for any livestock deaths as once you received your tracking details you need to keep track of your parcel. The 30 hour DOA cover starts when the courier picks up the parcel. We only refund the value of the DOA livestock and not the shipping value. The shipping value is for your own account even if you do place another order. If you are located in an outlying area – please contact us for estimated delivery times.
We only ship 24 hours after payment is reflecting in our account.
* To claim your Alive Arrival Guarantee, you must take a clear photo of the dead livestock in the original bag (Not Opened) within 1 hour of picking it up from the courier or receiving it and it must be within 30 hours from the time the courier picks up the livestock. We have the right to decline any Alive Arrival Guarantee.
