Waterlife Octozin is used to treat internal parasites, hole-in-the-head, and bloat, with a dosage of 1 tablet per 22.5 liters (approx. 5 gallons) of aquarium water.
The treatment is administered on days 1, 2, and 3. It is safe for invertebrates and algae.
Key Dosage and Usage Instructions:
Course Duration: 3 days (dose on days 1, 2, and 3).
Dosage: 1 tablet per 22.5 litres of water.
Calculate aquarium capacity: For litres – (L x W x D) in cms divide by 1000. Allow for water displaced by rocks etc.
Preparation: Dissolve tablets in a small amount of aquarium water before adding to the tank.
Filtration/Equipment: Keep the biological filter running, but turn off UV sterilizers, ozonizers, and remove carbon/zeolite.
Special Cases: For marine whitespot, decrease Specific Gravity (S.G.) to 1.017 for 2-3 weeks in addition to treatment.
Water Change: Perform a water change 96 hours after the 3rd dose.
Notes:
Slight foaming may occur during treatment.
It is effective for freshwater, coldwater, and marine aquaria.
It is suitable for use with, or as an alternative to, Cuprazin.
