Fill’d Café – Nigerian Feast Experience
📅 1. Reservations & Booking
* All Nigerian Feast experiences require advance reservation.
* Bookings can be made via our website or WhatsApp.
* We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
* Walk-ins are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
👥 2. Group Size & Seating
* Each feast set is designed for a specific number of guests (e.g. 2–3 pax, 4–5 pax).
* Please ensure you book according to your group size.
* Additional guests may require an upgrade of your selected set.
💳 3. Deposit & Payment
* A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, especially for:
* Feast reservations
* Large groups
* Peak hours / weekends
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable (see cancellation policy).
* Full payment can be made:
* Online
* QR payment
* Cash (for eligible orders)
⏰ 4. Arrival Time & Holding Policy
* Please arrive on time for your reservation.
* We will hold your table for 15 minutes from your booking time.
* Late arrivals may result in:
* Reduced dining time
* Cancellation of booking during peak hours
🍽️ 5. Dining Duration
* During peak hours, dining time may be limited to 90–120 minutes.
* This ensures all guests have a fair dining experience.
❌ 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
* Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
* Deposits:
* Can be transferred to a new date (one-time only)
* Will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows
🚫 7. No-Show Policy
* Failure to attend your reservation without notice will result in:
* Full deposit forfeiture
* Possible restriction on future bookings
🍲 8. Menu & Food Preparation
* All feast items are prepared fresh upon booking.
* Menu items may vary slightly depending on ingredient availability.
* We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal value when necessary.
🌱 9. Dietary Requirements
* Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
* Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 24 hours before your booking.
* While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
🚚 10. Delivery & Pickup Orders
* Delivery is available within selected areas.
* Pickup is available during operating hours.
* Customers are responsible for checking order accuracy upon collection.
🎉 11. Events & Catering
* For private events or large catering orders:
* Minimum 5 days advance notice is required
* Custom menu and pricing may apply
📸 12. Photography & Marketing
* We may occasionally capture photos/videos for marketing purposes.
* Please inform us if you prefer not to be featured.
⚖️ 13. General Terms
* Fill’d Café reserves the right to:
* Modify menu, pricing, and policies without prior notice
* Refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior
