1.Where are you located?

We are totally online. We only do deliveries that are timely, cost-free, and up to your doorstep or where you are. Terms and Conditions Apply

Distant cross-border deliveries are put on a known bus recommended by the client, and the order package is picked up from the nearest bus offices in the client’s delivery address town.

We have a pickup location at New Pioneer Mall Floor 4, shop PH 100. Our flagship store dubbed SNEAKERCON

2.Can I bargain on prices?

Our prices are competitively fair and fixed with no chance of price negotiations. It is only in the case of announced prices discounts and offers that prices may change from the original prices of a specific product.

3.Do you deliver? At how much?

We do deliveries that are timely, conveniently up to where you are, and totally free of charge with no extra costs charged except in cases of desired off-book payments like tips and appreciation tokens.


4.Do you sell formal office shoes?

We currently sell only sneakers of both men and women but not infants. We consider sizes from 36-46 UK/Euro sizes

5.How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 6-24 hours of a working day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order.

We deliver Nationwide and to all regions of East Africa and We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders.(Original Recipe)

6.What do I do if the sneaker does not fit?

In the unlikely circumstance where the size you ordered does not fit, please file an exchange issue via our WhatsApp Business portal, and the issue shall be handled according to your preference, but size exchange holds the maximum preference of exchange and return policy.

7.How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via your WhatsApp or email as soon as you have placed the order. You can click the 'View Your Order' link in the order confirmation message or email to check the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order (please check your spam folder if you have not received the email).

You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status/Track Your Order page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 1 hour of that business day, please contact us at +256 789 652 909 immediately, and we will do all we can to investigate.

8.Do you ship internationally?

Yes! To a certain extent. We ship nationwide and across the East African region to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

9.Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted.

10.How do I order on your website, and what payment methods do you accept?

Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

We currently accept cash on delivery and mobile money transactions through our only official numbers and card payments via Flutterwave.

11.Does FeetBit Sneaker provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damage to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

12.Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

Absolutely! If you don't like the product, you can return the product for either a partial refund or exchange the product for an alternative item.
