De melk voor deze kaas komt rechtstreeks van onze boerderij en wordt bij CONO verwerkt tot een ambachtelijke kaas met een stevige, romige structuur. The milk for this cheese comes directly from our farm and is crafted at CONO into an artisanal cheese with a firm yet creamy texture.
