• Your privacy matters to us. All personal information collected will only be used for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party.
• By using our website, you consent to our privacy practices stated here.
2. Shipping Policy
• We provide delivery across West Malaysia, with two delivery options available — Courier Delivery and Same-Day Delivery (Grab / Lalamove).
2.1 Courier Delivery (via DHL):
• Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days.
• Specific delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed.
• Free shipping within West Malaysia for orders Above RM50
• East Malaysia is not included in the free shipping offer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service, weather, or recipient unavailability.
2.2 Same-Day Delivery (Grab / Lalamove):
• This option is available only within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur areas.
• Allows customers to receive flowers on a specific date and time.
• Delivery fee is not included in the product price.
• You may contact us to check the delivery fee or arrange your own driver.
For urgent or same-day orders, please contact us before payment to confirm availability.
3. Product Policy
As all our bouquets are handcrafted, each arrangement is unique in its own way.
• Please understand and accept that bouquet sizes, shades, and colours may vary slightly from the pictures shown on our website.
About Colour Variation:
• Colour tones may differ due to lighting conditions, photography settings, or screen display differences.
• All product photos are taken from actual bouquets and have not been edited filter or colour in anyway.
About Substitution：
• In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, we will replace them with flowers of similar value and style,
while maintaining the overall look and feel of the bouquet.
About Wrapper and Ribbon
• Flower wrappers and ribbons may vary depending on material availability,
but we will ensure they remain in similar tones and harmonious design for a beautiful finish.
4. Refund & Return Policy
We take great care in preparing every bouquet. As our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we do not accept refunds once the order has been confirmed.
If there is any issue or spoil with your bouquet upon receiving it, please contact us on the same day with photos for our review and we will give solution.
• You may request to change the delivery date or bouquet design before production begins.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order on the selected date (e.g. slot full), we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
Refunds and Exchange are not applicable for personal preference, minor colour variation, or change of mind.
FA FOR YOU reserves the right to amend or update these terms when necessary.

• 所有产品照片均取自实物花束，未经任何滤镜或颜色处理。
关于替换：
• 如果某些花材缺货，我们将用价值和风格相近的花材进行替换，
同时保持花束的整体外观和风格。
关于包装纸和丝带
• 花材包装纸和丝带可能会因材料供应情况而有所不同，
但我们会确保它们色调相近，设计和谐，以呈现精美的效果。
4. 退款和退货政策
我们精心制作每一束花。由于我们的产品均为手工制作，且通常为定制产品，因此订单确认后恕不接受退款。
如果您收到花束后发现任何问题或损坏，请在当天联系我们并提供照片以便我们审核，我们将尽快提供解决方案。
• 您可以在制作开始前要求更改送货日期或花束设计。
• 如果我们无法在您选择的日期完成您的订单（例如，档期已满），我们将提供全额退款或重新安排送货时间。
个人喜好、轻微色差或改变主意等情况不予退款和对换。
