You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items.
How it works:

with your order details.
We’ll guide you through the return process.
Once we receive your item and it passes inspection, we’ll refund you within 7–10 working days.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us photos within 48 hours and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund.

Mauritius deliveries: 2–5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free delivery on eligible orders (check promotions!).
