5. Order Process & Production
• Orders start production after design approval and full payment.
• Turnaround times vary depending on product type, order size, and workload.
• Urgent orders may attract a rush fee.
• Eprint Solutions is not liable for delays caused by incorrect specifications, incorrect artwork, late approvals, or unforeseen production issues.
6. Artwork, Designs & Approval
• Customers are responsible for providing correct and print-ready artwork unless design services are requested.
• We provide proofs for approval where necessary.
• Once artwork is approved, changes cannot be made, and Eprint Solutions is not responsible for errors missed by the customer.
7. Delivery & Collection
• We provide nationwide delivery through third-party couriers.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control.
• Eprint Solutions is not liable for courier delays, damages, or lost parcels, but we will assist in resolving such issues where possible.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made or personalized:
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once production has started.
• Refunds are only considered when:
o We fail to deliver the ordered product.
o The product is defective due to our error.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photographic proof.

1. General Return Policy
• Most of our products are custom-printed or personalised and therefore cannot be returned once produced.
• Returns are only accepted in cases where:
o The product is defective,
o There is a manufacturing or printing error caused by Eprint Solutions,
o You received the wrong item.
Returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, incorrect size ordered, colour differences due to screen display) are not allowed for custom-made items.
2. Non-Custom Products
Some items (e.g., blank accessories, equipment, tools) may be eligible for return if:

• The product is unused and in original packaging,

At Eprint Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing, signage, branding, and design services. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalised, refunds and cancellations must follow the guidelines outlined below.
1. General Policy
• Most products on our online store are custom-printed, meaning they are made specifically according to customer artwork and specifications.
• For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has started—except where required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or where there is a clear defect.
2. Non-Custom Products
For items that are not personalised or custom printed (e.g., equipment, standard accessories), returns may be accepted if:
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• A return request is received within 7 days of delivery
• The customer covers return courier fees (unless the item is defective)
A refund will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
3. Custom-Made / Personalised Goods (Most Products)
For custom goods (e.g., printed banners, signage, apparel branding, canvas prints, business cards, stickers, metal prints):
• No refunds or returns are permitted after artwork approval and payment.
• Errors in artwork provided by the customer are not refundable.
• Color variations between digital screens and printed output are normal and not considered defects.
• Once printed, changes cannot be made.
4. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Products
We will gladly fix or reprint an item at no additional cost if:
• The product is defective due to our error
• There is a printing mistake caused by Eprint Solutions
• The order delivered is different from what was approved or purchased
Requirements:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
• Provide photos or videos showing the defect or issue
• Return the item (if required) so we can inspect it
If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed.
5. Order Cancellations
Before Payment
• Orders may be cancelled freely before payment is made.
After Payment but Before Artwork Approval
• A cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply to cover admin and design time.
After Artwork Approval or Production Start
• Cancellations are not permitted, as work has already begun and materials may have been used.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
If you have not received your refund:
1. First check your bank account

3. If the issue remains, contact us so we can follow up
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Eprint Solutions is not responsible for:

Redelivery fees will be charged when applicable.
