Payment Policy (Required)
Payments are scheduled monthly and must be made online on the last Friday of every month.
It is recommended that your child be enrolled in our tutoring sessions for a minimum of one Term (12 weeks) - This is to effectively monitor their progress.
Please note that our program operates on a reserved space system, which means that your monthly payment secures your child’s spot for their scheduled days each week. As a result, payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or reduced due to absences. This is necessary to maintain the program, including overhead expenses such as rent, utilities, materials, and staffing, which remain fixed regardless of attendance.
We understand that students may occasionally miss sessions due to illness or other obligations, so we have put the following make-up policy in place:
- If a student misses a class, they may schedule a make-up session on an alternate day (e.g., Tues/Thur or Mon/Wed)
- Make-up sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to available space
- Students cannot attend on another day without contacting and confirming with us first Make-ups should be completed within the same week or the following week Make-up sessions are limited and will be scheduled based on available space to ensure fairness to all students A maximum of 2 students can be accommodated for make-up sessions within a given weekIf a student misses an entire week due to illness: They may attend one extra day the following week and one extra day the week after, once space is availableIf a student misses two weeks or more: Full Payment is still required. Please communicate with us directly so we can review the situation.
- We will try to accommodate where possible, but we are unable to guarantee full recovery of all missed sessions, as this may affect class balance and other students
Holidays and Cancellations
We do not offer tutoring classes during Easter, Summer, or Christmas breaks. Payments for those month will be adjusted accordingly.
If a public and bank holiday falls on one of your child’s scheduled days, our tutoring center will extend two of our sessions to 5:30 pm to make up for the session lost. This same policy applies if the tutoring center cancels a session for unforeseen circumstances.
For instance, If a holiday falls on a Monday, the upcoming session (Wednesday) and the following Monday, sessions will go to 5:30 pm.
We also kindly ask that parents notify us in advance if a student will be absent, so we can better manage scheduling.
Consistent attendance is extremely important for your child’s progress. When students attend regularly, we can track their development, identify weaknesses, and provide the support they need to improve. Gaps in attendance make this process much more difficult.
Additionally, consistent payment and attendance are essential for the smooth operation and sustainability of the program, allowing us to continue offering structured and effective support for all students.
