A 50% down payment is required to secure a booking.
Balance must be paid on or before the scheduled date.
Payments are accepted only via official channels (GCash or BPI).
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the booking date.
Rescheduling is allowed once if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Down payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled booking within 30 days.
Studio Use
Clients must follow all studio rules.
A ₱500 repainting fee applies if the cyclorama wall is marked, unless repainted by the client.
Equipment and props must be handled carefully. Damages will be charged accordingly.
Deliverables
Edited outputs will be delivered within 7–14 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Raw files remain the property of DOCE Creatives unless released by special arrangement.
Creative Rights
DOCE reserves the right to use selected works for portfolio and promotion unless the client opts out in writing.
Limitation of Liability
DOCE is not responsible for delays or issues caused by unforeseen events, technical problems, or third-party failures.
