A refined upgrade of our Artisan’s Choice — combining premium beef, roast chicken, and smoked duck with luxurious truffle somen and sausages. Each meat is paired with its own matching sauce, creating a complete, chef-curated festive experience.

Includes:
• USDA Certified Angus Breed Choice Ribeye Roast (500 g) — served with Brown Sauce and Wholegrain Mustard
• Organic Roast Chicken (1.2 kg) — served with Brown Sauce and Cranberry Sauce
• Smoked Duck Breast (200 g) — served with Brown Sauce and Cranberry Sauce
• Sausage Fiesta (10 pcs / 800 g) — served with Wholegrain Mustard and Sauerkraut
• Cold Truffle Somen with Hotate (4 servings)

Condiments:
Each meat and side comes with its matching sauces, freshly prepared and portioned for 6–8 pax.

Reheating:
Warm roasts at 160 °C for 10–15 minutes before serving. Serve truffle somen chilled.

Notes:
All items are fully cooked. Slight shrinkage after cooking is expected due to slow roasting.
