Our dough is made with Le 5 Stagioni pizza flour and allowed to proof for at least 24 hours. This adds flavour and creates a light and airy crust, also making it easier to digest. Each pizza is stretched by hand, topped with crushed Italian tomatoes and freshly made local fior di latte mozzarella. baked in a super hot wood burning oven for about 90 seconds, which helps create a light and airy crust, speckled with lightly charred bubbles.
Handy Hints:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Heat for 6-10mins or until cheese starts to bubble.
Buy some extra toppings to boost your pizza... sorry we dont have pineapple available for any of you paegans out there that are into that kind of thing...
My margherita, frozen for the nights you can't be bothered. Real tomato, real fior di latte, a base with character. Better than anything in the supermarket aisle.
