At Curated Crates, our policy is rooted in transparency, reliability, and partnership accountability. We exist to support businesses and employees with quality grocery solutions that improve both operational efficiency and staff wellness.

βœ… Our Core Policies:
Order Placement

All orders must be placed at least 3 days before the delivery date.

Orders must include site name, responsible person, and expected delivery day.

We prioritize combo orders to ensure efficient bundling and pricing.

Product Quality & Substitutions

We source directly from farms and trusted vendors. Only market-standard or higher quality produce is delivered.

In the event of product unavailability, equivalent-grade substitutions may be made and communicated before dispatch.

Order Receiving

Deliveries must be verified upon receipt. Variances or damages must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

A two-person receiving process is recommended (receiver + verifier).

Invoice and Payment

Invoices are generated automatically upon order confirmation.

Payments must be made in full prior to delivery. Affiliates and combo promotions must comply with due payment timelines.

Returns & Credits

Credits are issued for confirmed shortages or quality disputes only when reported within the required timeframe, supported by photos or delivery note discrepancies.

Affiliate Cashback

Cashback offers are tied to combo orders and referrals, with conditions clearly outlined in affiliate terms. Abuse of the system results in suspension.

Data & Tracking

We track product cost-to-yield ratios and share this insight with our clients to improve stock control and reduce shrinkage.

Sites are expected to cooperate with cost tracking tools and stock feedback forms.

Communication

A single WhatsApp group per site is used for all order and support communication to ensure accountability and fast response.
