Our classic pineapple tart is made from whole fresh pineapples, which we blend by hand and slow-cooked for 6 long hours straight till it turns caramelised and reaches the perfect texture. Not forgetting, our pineapple tart is covered in our favourite buttery melt-in-your mouth pastry, one word perfect!
