📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or courier transit time.
🚚 Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are beyond our control.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
🧡 Handmade Products
Every item is 100% handmade, making each piece unique.
Slight variations in color, shape, and finish are normal and are part of the charm of handcrafted products.
Minor imperfections should not be considered defects.
💛 Product Care
Our clay products are made from lightweight air-dry clay and sealed for added protection.
While water-resistant, they are not indestructible. Please avoid excessive moisture, bending, pulling, or dropping to help preserve their quality.
❌ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
Order modifications or cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once production or packaging has started, changes can no longer be accommodated.
📦 Bulk Orders
We gladly accept bulk and custom orders for selected products.
We require 50% down payment, and the remaining 50% will be paid before shipping.
Production timeline may be round 1-2 weeks depending on the quantity.
