When do you deliver?
We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Order Cutoff Times:
For Wednesday delivery: Place your order by Tuesday at 5 PM.
For Friday delivery: Place your order by Thursday at 5 PM.
Where do you deliver?
We’re happy to service customers in:
- Phakalane
- Notwane
- Mokolodi
- Senthlane
- Downtown Gaborone and surrounding areas
How do I place and confirm my order?
Place Your Order: Browse our store, add items to your cart, and check out.
Confirmation: You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation and invoice with a payment link.
Payment Options: Payments can be made via EFT or Pay2Cell and must be completed before delivery. No orders will be delivered without payment.
What is the delivery process?
Timing: Deliveries are made between 11 AM and 4 PM.
Notification: You’ll receive a WhatsApp message on the morning of delivery with your estimated time of arrival.
Can I place last-minute or large orders?
Large Orders: For parties, events, wine clubs, and more, please contact us to coordinate quantity, timing, and discuss bulk order discounts.
Last-Minute Orders: Accepted based on availability and may incur a rush fee.
