Our raisin dough is slow-fermented to bring out rich, nutty aromas — no actual grains needed. Inside, a swirl of soft, juicy raisins adds surprise and sweetness. The outcome is a loaf of bread that comes with a soft, fluffy and delightful boing-boing-bouncy bite, with a mild hint of butter and milk.
