Unlike the typical commercial fillings, we dedicate 3 hours to slowly coax out the natural, earthy sweetness of red beans. Finished with a touch of butter, it creates a paste filled with flavor, rich in aroma, and delightful satisfaction in every bite. 🌿 Satisfying pop – Each bun is topped with a sprinkle of black and white sesame seeds, adding a gentle, earthy crunch to every bite – the perfect contrast to the cloud-like softness within. Our 72-hour Shokupan is a carefully crafted bread that takes three days to develop its depth of flavor and texture. The process involves slow fermentation, allowing the dough to naturally enhance its softness while bringing out subtle sweetness without the need for excessive sugar. The outcome is a loaf of bread that comes with a soft, fluffy and delightful boing-boing-bouncy bite, with a mild hint of butter and milk. Plus, it’s easy on the stomach, making every bite as comforting as it is delicious.
