STORE POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Returns are not accepted on completed orders. We do not offer store credit, refunds or exchanges on orders that are not picked up. Every purchase made is an article/order made from scratch, with lots of love and effort, which will go to waste if not claimed.
NO-CANCELLATION POLICY
Chokolate Patisserie has a No-Cancellation policy, meaning we do not offer refunds for cancelled or abandoned orders. We require one week in advance for any changes to your original order (fee may apply).
