BALANCE DUE
The 50% balance is due on the day of, prior to delivery or pickup. NO CASH!
CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGES
In the event you need to change or cancel an order, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your order with a minimum 3 days notice, we will offer you the paid balance as a refund or credit towards a future order.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We are not a nut free kitchen.
DELIVERY
Once dispatched, you'll receive a text that it's on the way. All deliveries are calculated at checkout based on mileage.
PICK UP
Custom order pick is at your own risk. Your goods must remain FLAT ON THE ON THE FLOOR OF THE CAR or in the trunk. NOT on a car seat. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to a custom order pick up once it has left our hands.
PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through our secured encryption. We take all major credit cards via Stripe.
