Not at the moment.
2. Do you do 3 tier cakes?
No, we only do up to 2 tiers with multiple layers.
3. Do you do fondant cakes?
Not at the moment.
4. Do you do sheet/ rectangular cakes?
Not at the moment.
5. Do you do square shaped cakes?
Not at the moment.
6. Do you do star shaped cakes?
Not at the moment.
7. Why do I need to upload pictures of the COLORS that I want?
If you say you want PINK, let's face it - there's a lot of shades of PINK!. It's best to upload a picture of the specific PINK that you want so we can get an accurate idea of the exact PINK tone of your preference!
8. Can you make my cake exactly like the picture I sent you?
Unfortunately we do not replicate other people's work. We'll try our best to use your picture as reference and inspiration but can't guarantee it'll be an exact copy. Please try to avoid sending AI generated pictures.
9. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
A minimum of 1 week is advised. Note that when checking out, the system will automatically show you dates that are 7 days ahead! Only shipping products can be purchased instantly to be shipped out.
10. Help! I stopped short on my way home and my cake is smashed!
This is something that can happen, which is why it is very important to drive carefully when transporting your cake. As stated in our policy, we are not responsible for damage caused by the negligence of you or others once a cake or baked goods leave our hands. Refunds or replacement products will not be provided.
