As all products sold on Chat2Print.in are custom-made and manufactured specifically according to the photos, designs, and details provided by customers, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

## 1. Order Cancellation

As each order is personalized and processed individually, cancellation requests are accepted only before production begins.

### Cancellation Eligibility

❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once printing, engraving, manufacturing, customization, packing, or dispatch preparation has commenced.

## 2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds or replacements are offered only under the following circumstances:

* Product received is damaged during transit
* Product received has a manufacturing defect
* Wrong product was delivered
* Product substantially differs from the approved order details due to our error

## 3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

* Order ID
* Registered mobile number
* Clear photographs of the product
* Unboxing photos or videos (recommended)
* Description of the issue

## 4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

* Customer uploaded incorrect photos
* Customer provided incorrect personalization details
* Spelling, design, or content errors supplied by the customer
* Low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded by the customer
* Customer changed their mind after placing the order
* Product appearance differs slightly from on-screen previews
* Minor variations in color, brightness, contrast, or print output due to screen settings and printing processes
* Delay caused by courier partners, weather conditions, operational disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
* Refusal to accept delivery by the customer

## 5. Replacement Policy

If a claim is verified and approved, Chat2Print.in may, at its sole discretion:

* Reprint and resend the product at no additional cost, or
* Provide a full or partial refund to the original payment method, or
* Issue store credit for future purchases

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and findings during verification.

Once a refund request is approved:

* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
* Amount will be credited to the original payment source
* Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions

The maximum liability of Chat2Print.in and Ampri Technologies Pvt Ltd for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the concerned order.

Under no circumstances shall Chat2Print.in be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
