Return & Exchange Policy

We carefully check and pack all our jewelry before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help—just follow the guidelines below.


✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept return or exchange only if:

* You received a damaged, broken, or wrong item
* You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
* You provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage —
🔸 The video must be continuous, without any cuts, edits, or filters
🔸 The package must be opened from its original sealed condition on video
* Exchange is offered only if the same item is available in stock

📌 No return requests will be accepted without an unboxing video as proof.


🚫 Not Eligible for Return

* No unboxing video provided
* Change of mind or dislike after receiving the product
* If the jewelry doesn't match personal preferences (size, weight, color, etc.) due to screen or lighting differences
* Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or wear


📝 Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery
2. Share the unboxing video clearly showing the issue
3. After our team verifies the video, we will guide you through return/exchange
4. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition along with all accessories received (e.g., earrings, back hooks, tags, boxes, etc.). Returns with missing parts will not be accepted.
5. Courier charges for return may be borne by the customer if not a seller error
