Delivery & Pick-Up Information for PRODUCTS
We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs—whether you prefer to pick up your order, have it delivered within Lagos, elsewhere in Nigeria, or internationally. Please read the guidelines below carefully to understand how our process works.
🏬 In-Store Pick-Up (Tejuosho, Yaba)
If you choose to pick up your online order at our Yaba Depot (D3100, Tejuosho Shopping Center, Yaba), we’ll have your package ready within 1–3 working days after your purchase.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Important: Our online store is a separate operation from our physical locations, and we maintain different stock. Items purchased online are not instantly available for walk-in pick-up.
If any item is out of stock, additional time may be required—we’ll keep you informed.
Pick-Up Requirements:
Bring a valid ID and your payment receipt
If someone else is picking up for you, they must present a signed note of authorization and the order number
🚚 Delivery Within Lagos
For customers requesting delivery to a Lagos address, we’ll process your order and have it ready within 1–3 working days. Once your parcel is ready, we’ll notify you and coordinate delivery through a third-party logistics provider of your choice.
You will receive:
A notification when your parcel is ready
The delivery cost based on your preferred courier, for your approval
We will only dispatch your parcel after receiving confirmation of the delivery fee.
🚛 Nationwide Delivery (Outside Lagos)
For addresses outside Lagos but within Nigeria, we’ll prepare your order within 3–5 working days.
Once ready, we’ll:
Notify you
Arrange for delivery with your preferred logistics provider
Share the delivery cost for your confirmation
Dispatch will proceed once the delivery charge is approved.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship internationally using trusted third-party couriers, based on your preference.
Orders are generally ready for dispatch within 3–5 working days
Larger orders may require more processing time—this will be communicated to you
We’ll coordinate with your chosen provider and send you the delivery cost for approval before handing over the parcel
Note: Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
⚠️ For Urgent Orders
For urgent or time-sensitive needs, the best option is to visit one of our physical stores to make your purchase directly, as stock availability and processing times are quicker in person.
