2. Use Our Size Guide
To avoid sizing errors, please trace your feet and use our size chart to determine the correct fit.
๐ Do not size up. Our sandals are made to size based on foot length in centimetres.

3. Production Time
โณ We typically require 7 business days to complete your sandals after making a deposit.
When ordering, please indicate in the comment section:
If you have wide or slim feet
If you prefer a thick or thin sole
This helps us ensure the most accurate and comfortable fit.
๐ BUSINESS TERMS & POLICY
๐ณ A deposit or full payment must be made within 24โ48 hours after an order is placed online or through any of our communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp).
โ If payment is not received within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
โก For rush orders/short-notice orders, customers are required to make the full payment upfront for the order to be expedited.
๐ If an order has been prepared and sent out for delivery, or if our delivery team reaches out for delivery confirmation and we do not receive a response within 3 to 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.
โ In such cases, especially where only a deposit was paid, the deposit will be non-refundable.
We respond to inquiries within 48 hours due to high message volumes.
