We prepare and deliver orders during our official working hours. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.
Delivery fees (if applicable) will appear clearly before confirming the order.
If an area is outside our delivery coverage, the order may be declined or delayed with prior notice.

Orders cannot be canceled after food has been prepared.
Refunds are only issued in cases of:
Wrong order
Missing items
Quality issues
To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. Refund approvals are processed according to management discretion.
