1. What products do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of freshly baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and specialty desserts. We bake cakes based on different chocolate flavours.
2. Do you make custom cakes?
You will have the cakes only as advertised on our adverts or website. We customise cakes for Big Events, such as Engagement, Weddings, Corporate.
3. How far in advance should I place an order?
It is minimum 1 day (24 hours) before.
4. Do you offer same-day orders?
If you reach us via whatsapp, before 8am on that specific day, we might do something for you.
5. Can I choose the flavor of my cake?
You will have only what have been advertised on our adverts or shop. When our chef gets a perfect recipe for a chocolate flavour, we add it to our magazine.
6. Do you offer eggless or gluten-free options?
You will see on the adverts or description, it's written "VEG" or "VEG OPTION". If it's not written, means we don't have for the moment.
7. How should I store my cake?
Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place. For best results, keep refrigerated if not consumed within a few hours and bring to room temperature before serving.
8. Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery services nationalwide at an approximate time for each location. Delivery charges may vary depending on location. On check-out you will see the time and charges. Charges between Rs130 - Rs250.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
We can't cancel or change any orders. But in some cases or motality, or illness or a postponed event, we can postpone your delivery if you contact us 1 day before. Or before 8am on that specific day.
