Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags. Some items (e.g., hygiene-related) may not be eligible for return.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) Bank Transfer, Fone Pay (From your Bank Account) Digital Wallets (eSewa, Khalti, etc)
11. How do I request a return?
Log in to your Buynep account β Go to βOrdersβ β Select the item β Initiate a return request. Provide the reason and any supporting images if required.
12. How long does it take for a refund?
COD Refund Voucher: 1β2 working days. Bank Deposit: 4β5 working days. Wallet Refund: 3β4 working days. Card Refund: 7β10 working days.
. Will I be charged for return shipping?
If the return is due to Buynepβs error or product defect, No charge. If returning for personal reasons: Pickup/return shipping charges (NPR 150β250) apply.

14. How does Buynepβs loyalty program work?
Earn points on every purchase. Points can be redeemed as discounts for future purchases.
15. Do loyalty points expire?
Yes, loyalty points expire after 12 months from the date they are earned.
16. How do I purchase a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be bought directly from the "Gift Cards" section on the Buynep website.
17. How do I redeem the gift voucher?
During checkout, simply enter your gift voucher code to apply it to your order.
18. What are the point systems, and how can I use them?
Points are earned based on purchase amounts. Accumulated points can be used for discounts at checkout.

21. Are the products authentic?
Yes, Buynep ensures that all products sold are authentic and sourced responsibly.
22. Do I need an account to place an order?
We recommend you to create a Buynep account to place an order, as it helps you track orders, manage returns, and earn loyalty points. However, you can still place an order as a guest without creating a Buynep account.
23. Can I edit and cancel my order after placing it?
Editing orders after placement is limited. Cancellation is possible if the order has not been dispatched yet. Contact Customer Support quickly if needed.
24. What happens when the order I placed goes out of stock right after?
If an item goes out of stock after your order, Buynep will inform you immediately. You will be offered a refund, an alternative product, or a store voucher.
