1. Full payment is required to confirm your order.
2. No refunds, cancellations or amendments allowed before Pick Up date/time for same day orders.
3. For Pre-Orders, no refunds, cancellations or amendments allowed 3 days before Pick Up date/time.
4. Pick Ups are strictly from 62 New Upper Changi Road (Collection Point). Currently, we do not have a delivery option. Please arrange for your own courier to collect the item if you require delivery. We are not liable for damage or spills during transport by your chosen delivery service.
5. If you miss your booked time, we'll hold your order for 15 minutes before disposal. There are no refunds for missed pickups.
