1. Payment Policy

All services must be paid in full before execution.

We accept payment via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Cash.

Prices quoted do not include ad spend (except where stated).


2. Delivery Policy

WhatsApp marketing campaigns are completed within 24–48 hours after payment.

Facebook & Instagram ads begin within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment and ad content approval.

Designs (image/video) are delivered within 24–72 hours depending on the type.


3. Refund Policy

Once a campaign or service has started, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only possible if we fail to deliver the agreed service.

4. Privacy Policy

We do not share or sell your personal or business information.

Your contact details and campaign data are kept strictly confidential.


5. Communication Policy

We primarily communicate via WhatsApp and calls.

Business hours: Mon–Sat: 8am – 6pm (Ghana Time)

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results (likes, sales, clicks), but we use best practices to improve visibility and performance.

Ad performance depends on budget, audience, content, and platform algorithms.
