2. Service Availability
• Our takeaway counter operates from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM,
• Orders can be placed on our website or by physically at the counter at our outlet when open.

3. Ordering Process
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including items, quantities, contact details, and pickup information, are correct before confirming payment.
• Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

4. Pricing
• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Payment Terms
• Payments must be completed through the approved payment methods available on the website/app.
• In case of payment failure but deduction from the customer’s account, the refund timeline depends on the customer’s bank/payment provider.

6. Pickup & Delivery
• Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the selected pickup time.
• Order delivery is outsourced, as such, we are not responsible for delivery timings, or if any items ordered are misplaced during delivery or are delivered to the wrong address
• Please verify your order before leaving the counter.
• Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be discarded for food safety reasons, and refunds may not be provided.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
• Orders once placed and accepted cannot be modified or cancelled
Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
• Incorrect items provided
• Missing items
• Duplicate payment
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after preparation
• Incorrect order details entered by the customer
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

• Orders placed before 9:00 p.m. on the previous day are accepted, placed after 9:00 p.m. are subject to availability
