1. How do I place an order?1) Order here:

3) Once you've placed your order, payment will be verified before your order is confirmed.
4) After confirmation, you will receive a message with the pick-up address. (You may make your way to the pick-up location at your chosen time.)
5) We will send another message once your order is ready for collection.
2. Can I do a walk-in order?We do not accept walk-ins due to Home-Based Business (HBB) guidelines and to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours. All orders must be placed in advance through the online store. This helps us prepare your drinks fresh and ensures a smooth experience for everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
3. What are the available timings for pick-up?Order pick-up is available at any time during our operating hours (Monday-Thursday, 10AM-6PM). Please allow at least 15 minutes of buffer time for your preferred pick-up time to allow for order confirmation and preparation. We’ll prepare your drinks fresh and send a message when it’s ready for collection.
*Orders not collected by closing time (6PM) will be cancelled.4. Can I place an order in advance?Orders can only be placed during our operating hours (Monday-Thursday, 10AM-6PM). If you have a large or customized order, kindly drop us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate your inquiry wherever possible.
5. Do you offer delivery option?Currently, we do not offer delivery - all orders are available for pick-up only. You may choose your preferred pickup time, so you can plan your visit conveniently and receive your drinks fresh when you arrive! We understand that delivery is a popular option, and we hope to explore it as we grow. We truly appreciate your continued support!
6. How long are your drinks fresh after preparation?We recommend consuming your bubble tea within 1-2 hours of preparation for the best taste and texture - especially if it contains tapioca pearls, which can harden over time.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?You may change your order before it is confirmed (i.e. before payment is verified). To do so, please cancel the current order and place a new order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to adjust your preferred pick-up time after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate the update.
