Order Policy
All orders must be placed through our official Take App link.
Orders are prepared fresh upon confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Once an order is confirmed, changes may not always be possible.
Payment Policy
We accept online payments and approved payment methods listed at checkout.
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has started.
If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:
An item is unavailable.
There was an error made by our team.
No refunds once the product has been collected or delivered unless quality concerns are verified.

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

Alcohol (in select beverages)

While we take precautions, our preparation area is not allergen-free.

Pickup / Delivery Policy
Customers must provide accurate contact information.
Pickup orders must be collected within agreed timeframe.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Booking Policy
All corporate and event orders must be placed at least 48–72 hours in advance.
Large events (50+ servings) require 3–5 days notice.
Orders are confirmed only after deposit/payment is received.

Payment Terms for corporate/events
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the event.
For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required upfront.

Cancellation Policy corporate/events
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.

Delivery & Setup corporate/events
Delivery fees vary based on location.
Setup time must be agreed upon in advance.
Client must provide accurate venue details and contact person.

Quantity & Serving corporate/events
Final guest count must be confirmed 24–48 hours before event.
We are not responsible for shortages due to underestimating guest numbers.
