Our Policies
At Bare Skin Studio, we value every customer and want to ensure smooth and stress-free service. To keep things running fairly and efficiently, please take note of the following:
Payments & Deliveries
• For orders being delivered to Portmore or Spanish Town, payment must be made in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash on delivery for these areas due to past challenges.
• Please ensure someone is available to collect your order at the agreed delivery time, as repeated missed deliveries may affect future orders.
Refunds & Store Credit
• We do not offer refunds at this time. However, we provide store credit valid for up to 2 weeks (conditions apply).
Payments
• Bank transfers must be confirmed before your package can be sent out.
Shipping & Responsibility
• Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if incorrect information is provided.
• If a package sent via post is not collected in time and is returned, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of resending.
• If a package is sent through Knutsford and not collected within the specified days, customers will be responsible for any storage fees that apply.
