At Bare Skin Studio, we value every customer, and we want to ensure smooth and stress-free service. To keep things running fairly and efficiently, please take note of the following:
Payments & Deliveries
• All orders must be paid for in full before delivery of the items ordered. We no longer accept cash on delivery.
• Please ensure someone is available to collect your order at the agreed delivery time, as repeated missed deliveries may affect future orders.
Refunds & Store Credit
• We do not offer refunds at this time. However, we provide store credit valid for up to 2 weeks (conditions apply).
Shipping & Responsibility
• Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if incorrect information is provided.
• If a customer does not collect a package sent via post in time and it is returned, they will be responsible for covering the cost of resending.
• If a package is sent through Knutsford and not collected within the specified days, customers will be responsible for any storage fees that apply.
