✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Condition: Only new, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging are eligible.
Return Window: You must submit your return request within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase.
Return Method: Returns are accepted in-store only. No postal or drop-off returns are supported at this time.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot process returns or refunds for:
Used, opened, or damaged products
Digital dining experiences that have already been accessed or redeemed
Same-day bookings and perishable items
No-shows, late arrivals, or order mistakes made by the customer
