1. When will construction begin, and when will the unit be delivered?
*L&N Realty Corporation will implement construction by phase. Construction for your unit will commence once:
The buyer completes the 24-month down payment, and
The corresponding phase of the development is scheduled for construction.
If the buyer has fully paid the equity ahead of their phase, they will be offered the option to switch to an already constructed unit, subject to availability. However, if the buyer chooses to retain their originally selected unit, they will need to wait for their phase to begin construction.
The typical construction period is 7 to 9 months, and units may be delivered as early as 1.5 years from the start of the down payment.
2. When can we move into the unit?
*You may move in once the following conditions are met:
• Full payment of the down payment/equity, and
• Loan release (for buyers using bank financing)
• Acceptance of the unit upon turnover, and
• Payment of applicable move-in fees
3. Who are qualified to avail a unit?
*Filipino citizens with legal capacity to acquire and encumber real property
*Foreign nationals legally married to a Filipino citizen, subject to applicable laws and documentation

4. How do I qualify for a housing loan?

For Bank Financing:
