Ordering & Availability
All orders must be placed via our website.
The deadlines for placing orders for Limited Edition Treat Boxes and Product Drops are outlined in the product description of each treat box launch.
All other orders must be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Menu items and flavours are subject to ingredient availability and booking availability and may change without notice.
Events & Corporate Orders
We cater to special and corporate events, including party favours, dessert tables, staff gifting, and holiday celebrations. Please submit your enquiry via our Events Enquiry Form.
Personalised Orders
Custom designs, colours, and personalised items may incur additional fees.
Order Confirmation
We will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm receipt of your inquiry and availability for the requested date and time. An invoice will be issued outlining the total cost, required deposit, deposit deadline, and payment details.
Your order is only secured once the required deposit has been received by the specified date.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required for all orders. The remaining balance is due at the time of collection.
Deposits for Limited Edition Treat Boxes are non-refundable.
Deposits for all other orders are refundable up to one (1) week prior to the collection date. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable as preparation for your order will have commenced.

Changes to Orders
Changes to orders are subject to approval and availability. Additional charges may apply.
Allergens
Products may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, chocolate, gluten, and soy.
Our treats are nut-free; however, some ingredients may be sourced from facilities that process nuts. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else, please confirm any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering.
Collection
Pickup location details will be provided 24-48 hours prior to the collection date.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. If you are running behind schedule, kindly notify us at (246) 285-5523. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. After this time, collection may be rescheduled to the next available timeslot and may be subject to a fee.
Delivery
At this time, delivery services are not available.
Product Care
All products are freshly baked and should be stored according to the provided storage instructions. Detailed handling and storage instructions will be provided at collection. Products should not be left in a vehicle, so we encourage you to plan your day and book your order accordingly. Baked Up is not responsible for any damage or quality issues after collection.
