1. Menu Offerings
Menu items are listed on our website/app and may be updated at our discretion.
- Photos are for illustration only; actual items may differ.
- Items are sold as described; sides or extras shown in photos are not included unless stated.
- All our ingredients are Kosher and Halaal certified by SANHA (S‑1660).
2. Customer Information
- We collect only the information needed to process your order.
- By ordering, you consent to communication via SMS, email, or WhatsApp for order updates and promotions.
- We do not share or sell nor trade your information with anyone
3. Pricing
- Prices are displayed on the site/app and may change based on size, variations, or costs incurred. Prices may be rounded up to the nearest 10c
- Orders outside of our operating hours will incur surcharges.
4. Recipes & Ingredients
- Recipes are proprietary and may change without notice.
- Ingredient substitutions may occur if shortages arise, but changes will not exceed 10% of the core recipe.
- Serving sizes remain consistent regardless of supplier price increases.
5. Delivery Service
- Delivery is available within 6-8 km of Kelvin at standard rates.
- Delivery fees apply, including third‑party services (e.g., Uber).
- Customers must ensure safe access for drivers; Bagelstreet is not liable for incidents on premises.
- Deliveries may be cancelled due to adverse conditions; charges will be refunded.
- Delays may occur due to traffic or weather; cancellations/refunds are not offered for delays.
- In cases of theft or accident, orders will be replaced.
6. Payment
- Orders must be paid in advance via secure online payment (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa & Mastercard).
- Our delivery drivers do not accept cash or carry card machines.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized; preparation begins immediately.
- Payments are processed in ZAR; card details are never stored by Bagel Street
- No cancellations or refunds once payment is authorized.
7. Delivery Waiting Time
- Drivers may wait up to 6 minutes on arrival at your address. After this, R8.00 per minute will be charged.
- If unavailable, customers must arrange for someone to receive the order. Orders may be handed to security guards, receptionists and/or domestic assistants if you're unavailable.
- Bagelstreet is not responsible for food left with a third party or delivered to incorrect addresses.
8. Ordering Process
- Review your order carefully before submission.
- Orders placed via WhatsApp/phone can be cancelled within 5 minutes.
- Once preparation begins, full payment is due.
- Incorrectly priced items will be confirmed with you before delivery.
9. Discounts & Promotions
- Promotions cannot be combined unless specified.
- Authorized promo codes may apply; fraudulent use will void the order.
- Promotions are subject to limits and availability.
- Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Example: you cannot get 20% discount on a burger and get free delivery.
