CEO & Founder
With a background in Computer Science and a vision to empower communities through technology and agriculture, Jonathan founded Ayoo Smart Farm to bridge the gap between smart-farming solutions and local needs. Under his leadership, the farm has adopted precision irrigation, data-driven crop management, and sustainable practices that maximize yield and environmental stewardship.
Grace Achieng
Farm Operations Manager
Grace brings over 10 years of hands-on farming experience to our operations. She oversees daily field activities—from planting schedules to harvest logistics—ensuring that every crop meets our rigorous standards for freshness and quality. Her expertise in farm machinery, labor coordination, and post-harvest handling is instrumental in delivering produce you can trust.
Dr. Samuel Otieno
Lead Agronomist
An expert in soil science and crop physiology, Dr. Otieno leads our research and development efforts. He conducts regular soil health assessments, trials new seed varieties (including our flagship Tausi F1 Kale), and implements integrated pest-management programs. His data-driven insights help optimize yield, nutrient content, and resilience against climate variability.

Marketing & Sales Director
Esther crafts our brand story and ensures it reaches homes and businesses across Kenya. From digital campaigns and social media engagement to partnerships with retailers and restaurants, she drives demand for our farm-fresh produce. Her customer-centric strategies and deep understanding of market trends help us tailor subscription plans, promotions, and value-added products.
Peter Mwangi
Sustainability & Compliance Officer
Peter guides our environmental and social impact initiatives, ensuring that Ayoo Smart Farm adheres to organic, fair-trade, and local-farm certifications. He designs our water-management protocols, waste-reduction programs, and community outreach projects, reinforcing our pledge to nurture both the land and the people we serve.

Customer Relations & Agritourism Coordinator
Sophia is the friendly face you’ll meet on farm visits and workshops. She manages bookings for tours, events, and school trips, and collects feedback to continually refine our agritourism experiences.
