Ascendra Business Policy Manual

1. INTRODUCTION
This document outlines the official policies and operating standards of Ascendra Business, a recognized team and distribution arm under Ascendra International. It serves to define the responsibilities, rights, and expectations of all registered associates, affiliates, and team leaders operating within the scope of Ascendra Business.

2. ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE
Ascendra Business exists to:

Provide entrepreneurial opportunities through the promotion and sale of insurance products underwritten by authorized providers

Support individuals in earning income through ethical and compliant distribution practices

Expand insurance access to underserved communities across the Philippines and abroad

3. REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be a Filipino citizen or legal resident

Must not be currently affiliated with a competing insurance distribution company

3.2 Enrollment

Individuals must enroll in an official Ascendra Business package (Associate, Consultant, Builder, Director, or Executive)

Payment must be made in full through authorized channels

Enrollment is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

3.3 Activation

Access to sales portal and training materials will be provided within 3 business days upon full registration and account verification

4. CODE OF CONDUCT
All Ascendra Business members shall:

Promote products honestly and without misrepresentation

Refrain from making unlicensed financial advice or false earnings claims

Respect fellow distributors and uphold the integrity of the team

Avoid direct solicitation of members from other teams (poaching is strictly prohibited)

Violations are subject to investigation and may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

5. COMMISSION & EARNINGS
5.1 Retail Profit
Members may purchase insurance policies at discounted distributor rates and resell them at SRP, retaining the profit margin.

5.2 Referral Bonuses
Members are entitled to referral bonuses for each successfully enrolled downline, subject to the official compensation structure.

5.3 Team Overrides
Leaders who develop and support sub-teams are eligible to earn overriding commissions up to levels specified in the marketing plan.

5.4 Payout Schedule
Commission payouts are processed on a weekly basis, subject to minimum earnings thresholds and required documentation.

6. USE OF BRAND AND MATERIALS
The “Ascendra International” trademarks, logos, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Ascendra International.

Members are authorized to use provided materials for promotional purposes only and must not modify branding elements without written approval.

7. TERMINATION & REVOCATION
Ascendra International reserves the right to terminate any distributor’s affiliation under the following conditions:

Violation of the Code of Conduct

Misrepresentation of company or insurance products

Non-compliance with updated business policies or directives

8. NON-EMPLOYMENT DISCLAIMER
This agreement does not constitute an employer-employee relationship. All members are considered independent distributors and are responsible for their own taxes, marketing efforts, and conduct in accordance with applicable Philippine laws.

9. AMENDMENTS
Ascendra International reserves the right to amend or update this policy document as necessary. All members will be notified in writing or through the official portal. Continued participation implies consent to updated policies.

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By registering as a member of Ascendra International, you affirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy Manual.
