Refund Policy
At Aoi Asia Matcha, as curators, we care deeply about what we share. If anything feels less than it should, connect with us. We accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened products.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
To initiate a return, please contact us at aoiasiamatcha@gmail.com or simply Whatsapp us with your order details.
To exchange, its only acceptable for unused and unopened products.
Shipping Policy
Orders to deliveries are processed generally within 1-3 days of receipt, from our warehouse. During high volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process. Our team will contact you before it reaches your doorstep to ensure smoothness of delivery to you.
Currently delivery only open for Brunei Darussalam, our team will announce when Aoi Asia Matcha open shipment to more countries.
