1. How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our TakeApp website. Select your item, choose the variant, and submit your details.
2. How do I make payment?
We accept bank transfer (BIBD & Baiduri), QuickPay & Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid first before processing.
3. Do you offer pickup?
No. We currently do not offer self-pickup as we do not have a pickup point or showroom. All orders are delivery only.
4. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available nationwide. We offer flat rate delivery: BND 4 (nationwide). Orders will be delivered within 1β2 days after payment is received.
5. Are the items ready stock or preorder?
Items listed are mostly ready stock, unless stated as preorder.
6. What is your return/exchange policy?
We only accept exchanges for wrong item sent & defective item. No size exchanges unless mentioned in the product description. Items must be returned unused and with original tag.
7. How do I choose my size?
All products come with measurement details. Please check the measurements carefully before placing an order.
8. Can I reserve items?
Reservations are allowed for 24 hours only. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
9. Will you restock sold-out items?
Restocks depend on supplier availability. You may contact us to check.
10. How can I contact you?
You can reach us on WhatsApp or through our social media pages. We usually reply within the same day.
